Kolkata is home to different types of labors. The variety of work they do reflects in their lives like the shine of a diamond. Well, there is, of course, a flow of disgrace, negligence of the society makers, running underneath the composition of their daily bread. ‘Workers of Bengal’ is a look through the lives of the unseen faces we turn our eyes away.

The images mostly cater to Kolkata. However, it reaches out to different districts of Bengal whenever possible. The project is still exploring the lives that keep the society spinning.
